Hatha Yoga

Yoga creates a sense of wellbeing on every level.
 

Stretches work the muscles and massages the internal organs, increasing physical flexibility.

While promoting relaxation and confidence

The confidence comes from getting to know your body, its physical limitations and its strengths and being able to constantly challenge yourself and see improvement as your practice continues.

Once you have practised yoga for a length of time, if you suddenly stop practising, you will notice the difference yoga has made to your life once it has gone.
